ANZSOC and Flinders University may take photographs, videos of the conference for use in ANZSOC news and promotional materials in print, digital, email and social media platforms. Event participants grant ANZSOC the right to freely use any image, photograph and voice in this context.
ANZSOC and Flinders University ask for your personal data to facilitate abstract submission and/or your registration for this event. Your personal data will be retained by us for up to 1 years after the conclusion of this event. If you do not agree with any part of this policy, we recommend that you do not provide your personal information to us. However, our ability to provide services to you may be affected if you do not provide us with your personal information
You retain the right to withdraw consent of use of your personal data at any time. Please contact us at contact@anzsoc2026.com with any inquiries you may have. If you are submitting an abstract, the withdrawal of consent will result in your abstract not being submitted for review or inclusion in the conference program.
If you have attended any event with us, we will retain any financial, tax or event attendance records for reporting reasons, but will remove all personal data from our database, leaving an “anonymized” record for reporting reasons.
If you are submitting an abstract or registering for the conference, some of your data will be shared with other organisations and third parties e.g. JPMedia (professional conference organiser) and pretalx (abstract management system) in order to process your abstract submission and / or registration
Names and institutions will be displayed in programme which will be publicly available online.
Should you elect to be on the delegate list, your name, organisation, state and country will be provided to sponsors of this event.
Registration category will only be shared between relevant ANZSOC, Flinders University and JP Media conference staff working on the ANZSOC 2026 Conference.
